Marketing Manager

Aleratec Inc. is a leading developer and manufacturer of "Prosumers' Choice" solutions for the USB, Flash, HDD, Blu-ray, DVD CD duplicating, and DVD CD publishing markets. We offer professional strength solutions at consumer prices that are exceptionally easy to use, creating the ultimate "out of box" product experience.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to work out of our Chatsworth, California corporate office. This individual will work with executive management and product management on all aspects of marketing at Aleratec, including online marketing, direct marketing, packaging, promotions, social media, market research and analysis, strategy, etc.

Responsibilities:
Author all marketing copy and work with graphic designer to create and execute online and traditional marketing materials

Email direct marketing

Press releases

Color box packaging and user guides

Promotional videos

Buyer�s guides and product guides

Blog posts

Maximize SEO and effectiveness of corporate website, blog and social media sites

Develop an overall online strategy

Collect and analyze appropriate web metrics

Recommend and execute improvements

Work with product management to develop market positioning and messaging for current and new products

Work on projects to improve corporate website

Requirements:

Very comfortable with online marketing

Proven ability to manage many simultaneous projects reliably and meet timelines with minimum supervision

Familiarity with consumer/industrial electronics and hardware markets

Solid understanding of basic marketing principles

Proactive, hard-working and detail-oriented

Good communicator and good writer

Desired:

Online marketing analytics experience

Market research experience

SEO or blog experience

Experience using NetSuite CRM tools

Video production experience
