| Encrypted Flash Drives The PortaStor Secure family of USB flash drives protects your confidential documents with 256-bit AES hardware encryption, the worldwide standard for document security. Data stored in the secure portion of the drive is automatically encrypted and cannot be accessed or read without a user-defined password. To insure data security in case of loss or theft, six invalid login attempts will cause the encryption key to be wiped from the drive, rendering the encrypted data meaningless. No software installation is required. Management applications are stored right on the PortaStor drive, including the ability to set the size of the secure partition and the size of a non-secure partition where you can store public files. |
